Returns Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us here.
Most of Kelandy Designs jewellery is made to order, is personalised, and therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.
Please contact us at kelandydesigns@gmail.com within 28 days of receiving your jewellery, with all relevant photo's & a description of what is at fault.

If it is found to be something which is at fault by us, we will require for you to post your item back to for a full inspection & repair within 28 days of receiving your order.

Any item which is found to be at the fault of the customer (accidental damage) we will look at this for you and help you find a solution to repair this at the customers expense.

Upon receipt of items in the condition they were sent to you in the correct packaging, if it is considered to be a refundable item,  the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods.  We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt.  Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

By purchasing personal items at Kelandy Designs with the inclusion of Cremation Ashes / Hair or other highly individual personal items you agree that such items cannot be refunded once the inlay / fabrication process had started or indeed been completed. All attempts will be made to remedy any damage or dissatisfaction of the buyer on receipt of the jewellery.

In addition, ‘Any’ Earrings are not considered suitable for return for hygiene reasons, unless in the case of manufacturing fault, in which case they will be replaced.


Kelandy Designs will not be liable in any way for refunding customers who provide incorrect information such as an incorrect ring size. While every attempt will be made to correct a piece caused to be unsatisfactory by way of poor customer information, any additional cost in undertaking adjustment, repair or replacement will be the sole responsibility of the customer in such circumstance.

Having placed an order if you decide to cancel your order for any reason (as per distance selling regulations),  a restocking charge will be subtracted inclusive of any work time already undertaken in preparation of your order if it is made specifically for you (eg: a ring of a specified size).

Dispatch items back within: 28 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 14 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders (including jewellery inlaid with Personal Ashes / Milk / Hair).
Earrings cannot be returned other than for manufacturing faults, for reasons relating to hygiene regulations.
Perishable products (like food or flowers)


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for any and all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
